垂 体

 

垂体 hypophysis 是机体内最复杂的内分泌腺，是调节大量激素轴和周围内分泌器官的主要腺体。

 

垂体位于颅底蝶鞍中央的垂体窝内，呈椭圆形，重约0.5~0.6g。垂体上端借漏斗与下丘脑相连。

垂体可分为腺垂体和神经垂体两部分

 

腺垂体

 

位于垂体的前端，以U形结构环绕在神经垂体的前外侧，包括远侧部、结节部和中间部。腺垂体包含嗜酸性、嗜碱性和嫌色细胞，以及其他细胞如伸长细胞，负责大多数垂体激素的合成和释放。

 

  • 远侧部：

     

    组成腺垂体的大部分，主要分泌生长激素、促甲状腺激素（TSH）、促肾上腺皮质激素（ACTH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）和泌乳素。

     

  • 结节部：

     

    围绕着漏斗柄的前侧。

     

  • 中间部：

     

    是位于远端和神经垂体之间的一层薄薄上皮细胞。它起源于Rathke囊的后壁，含有Rathke囊的残留腔，表现为变长的狭窄囊泡。这些可能会引起Rathke裂囊肿(亦称中间部囊肿)。

由神经部和漏斗部组成。由胚胎时期的间脑（前脑）形成，是下丘脑向下延伸的一部分。加压素和催产素由下丘脑产生，向下通过下丘脑垂体束，输送至神经垂体贮存。
