[OCC2013]圆锥动脉干畸形的超声诊断

2013年5月24日，第七届东方心脏病学会议心血管影像论坛拉开帷幕。中国医科大学附属盛京医院超声科任卫东教授应邀参加并作专题报告。任教授的报告主要包括以下两部分内容：弓动脉发育畸形及圆锥动脉干发育畸形。任教授通过直观生动的图像详细介绍了弓动脉的发育演变过程，随后，任教授通过示意图、影像学资料及具体病例等形式，向我们介绍了常见的弓动脉发育畸形，如：双主动脉弓，右位主动脉弓，主动脉弓离断，主动脉弓缩窄

2013年5月24日，第七届东方心脏病学会议心血管影像论坛拉开帷幕。中国医科大学附属盛京医院超声科任卫东教授应邀参加并作专题报告。任教授的报告主要包括以下两部分内容：弓动脉发育畸形及圆锥动脉干发育畸形。任教授通过直观生动的图像详细介绍了弓动脉的发育演变过程，随后，任教授通过示意图、影像学资料及具体病例等形式，向我们介绍了常见的弓动脉发育畸形，如：双主动脉弓，右位主动脉弓，主动脉弓离断，主动脉弓缩窄，锁骨下动脉迷走，颈静脉及椎动脉变异等。使参会人员对弓动脉的发育及相关发育异常有了更深的认识，随后，任教授简要介绍了圆锥动脉干的发育，并通过旋转异常、分割异常及对接不良等方面讲述了各种畸形及各种复杂先心的具体原理，使各参会代表受益匪浅。任教授在报告同时，强调影像学专科医师在日常的工作中，在不断学习新技术提高自身能力的同时，要注意影像与临床相结合，加强与临床医生的沟通与合作，从而更好的为病人服务。
