MedSci选刊专家：您可以找点心血管外科的期刊，然后进稿约里面看看哪些收case的，如果对您的文章有把握，就投影响因子高一点的期刊，比如您觉得您的有新意，就可试试，缺乏新意的情况下才建议考虑综合性期刊，另外plos one 不收case的，谢谢~
