加拿大一项研究表明，成功生育治疗与后期心血管疾病风险升高无相关性。论文7月31日在线发表于《美国心脏病学会杂志》（J Am Coll Cardiol）。

此项基于人群的队列研究共纳入1186753例分娩女性，其中6979例在接受生育治疗后分娩。利用Cox比例风险模型计算两组受试者的危险比。主要转归为死亡、非致命性冠脉缺血、卒中、短暂性脑缺血发作、血栓栓塞或心衰组成的复合心血管终点。

结果显示，中位随访9.7年之后，接受生育治疗后分娩女性的心血管事件发生率低于对照女性（103对117/100,000人年），相当于未校正危险比0.96和校正危险比0.55。在各年龄和收入组中均可观察到显著相对低风险。接受生育治疗女性的全因死亡、血栓栓塞事件、后续抑郁、酒精中毒和自伤校正风险亦出现降低（P值均<0.01）。
