Anticancer Research:5-FU+顺铂改善晚期胃癌患者预后

　　 　　《抗癌研究》（Anticancer Research）杂志近期发表的一项研究提示，5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）联合顺铂可改善晚期或复发性胃癌患者预后。 　　该研究是一项Ⅱ期研究，在26例晚期或复发性胃癌患者中评估了5-FU联合顺铂的效果和安全性。治疗方案包括，连续5天静脉输注顺铂3.3 mg/m2/天，连续4周每隔1天（第1、3、5天）持续静脉输注5-FU 

　　

　　《抗癌研究》（Anticancer Research）杂志近期发表的一项研究提示，5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）联合顺铂可改善晚期或复发性胃癌患者预后。

　　该研究是一项Ⅱ期研究，在26例晚期或复发性胃癌患者中评估了5-FU联合顺铂的效果和安全性。治疗方案包括，连续5天静脉输注顺铂3.3 mg/m2/天，连续4周每隔1天（第1、3、5天）持续静脉输注5-FU 300～500 mg。

　　结果显示，部分缓解率为34.6%。中位生存期为12.8个月，1年生存率为53.1%。不良反应轻。
