J Neurophysiol：为什么挠痒会舒服？

大家都知道挠痒时常会感到特别舒服，日本一项研究揭示了这种现象背后的深层机理，即挠痒会激活大脑中的“奖励系统”，从而使人觉得舒服。日本生理学研究所（NIPS）的望月秀纪等人近日在美国《神经生理学杂志》（Journal of Neurophysiology）上报告说，他们测试了 16 名健康的成年男性和女性在挠痒试验中的反应，受试者的手腕上装有电极并会因电流出现瘙痒感，他们在挠痒时大脑内部的活动被研究

结果发现，在挠痒时，大脑中的纹状体和中脑部位有强烈反应，而这些部位属于能给人带来快感的“奖励系统”。此前研究已发现，在赌博赢了大钱或者被别人夸奖时，大脑中的这种“奖励系统”也会被激活。

一些皮炎患者常因过度挠痒而导致皮肤受损，症状恶化。望月秀纪说，此次研究确认了与挠痒快感有关的大脑部位，今后有望通过控制这个部位，开发出遏制过度挠痒的治疗方法。
