　　此项研究共纳入41例睾酮水平较低的慢性心衰老年患者，并在运动康复基础上随机给予睾酮补充或安慰剂治疗。通过入组情况、干预顺应性和脱失情况评估可行性。转归包括往返步行试验增量、最大氧摄取、肌强度、超声心动图指标、脑利钠肽、炎症标志物、抑郁和健康相关生活质量。

　　结果显示，患者脱失率为30%，但在完成研究的患者中康复锻炼和睾酮治疗的依从性均为100%。两组患者在往返步行实验、体重和手握力方面出现程度相似的改善。睾酮组在最大氧摄取、抑郁量表评分、腿部力量和健康相关生活质量方面出现显著改善，安慰剂组则普遍未出现明显改善。超声心动图指标、脑利钠肽和炎症标志物基本无变化。
