探究气温与脑梗发病关联

广义相加模型已广泛应用于环境因素与健康效应的关联研究。环境因素对健康效应影响一般都具有延迟效应,这种延迟效应不仅仅是发生延迟某1天,而是关于延迟天数的效应分布。如何构建一种能考虑到时间序列观察值自相关特征的模型是环境因素与健康效应关联研究亟需解决的问题之一。

赵耐青课题组与上海市医保中心合作,引入了混合广义相加模型结合延迟效应分布,用于评价上海市老年人群中气温与脑梗发病的关联。模型显示,当平均气温低于和高于27℃时,气温每升高1℃,65岁以上男性人群的脑梗发病风险会分别降低0.95%和0.34%;当平均气温低于和高于8℃时,气温每升高1℃,65岁以上女性的脑梗发病风险会分别增加0.34%和降低0.92%。且女性的气温延迟效应分布离散程度较小,气温延迟效应峰值在延迟第1天附近,而男性的气温延迟效应离散程度较大,气温延迟效应峰值在延迟第2天附近。
