Cancer：性功能障碍在骨髓增殖性肿瘤患者中很常见

骨髓增殖性肿瘤生活质量国际研究小组进行来的一项前瞻性研究结果表明，超过三分之二的骨髓增殖性肿瘤患者出现不同程度的性功能障碍。骨髓增殖性肿瘤（MPNS）包括真性红细胞增多症、原发性血小板增多症、骨髓纤维变性。该研究共纳入了1971例MPN患者，其中827例原发性血小板增多症，682例真性红细胞增多症，456例骨髓纤维变性，还有6例分类为其他。通过骨髓增生性肿瘤症状评估表 (MPN-SAF)和欧洲癌症

该研究共纳入了1971例MPN患者，其中827例原发性血小板增多症，682例真性红细胞增多症，456例骨髓纤维变性，还有6例分类为其他。通过骨髓增生性肿瘤症状评估表 (MPN-SAF)和欧洲癌症研究和治疗生活质量问卷核心30(EORTC-QLQ C30)，连同患者的个人信息、疾病特点、辅助检查数据和治疗等，对患者进行评估，且与年龄匹配的健康对照组比较性功能分数。

研究数据显示，与对照组相比，MPN患者的性功能障碍更严重（MPN-SAF分数 3.6 vs 2.0; P<.001），64%的MPN患者有不同程度的性功能障碍，43%的MPN患者有严重症状。性症状的存在与患者的物理、社会、认知、情感和角色功能等领域密切相关，同时生活质量也降低了。此外性问题还与MPN的其他症状有关，尤其是抑郁症和睡眠，以及微血管相关的症状。以下患者的性功能障碍更严重：年龄> 65岁、血细胞减少需要输血、接受免疫调节剂或类固醇治疗。

目前的研究结果表明，性功能障碍是MPN患者的一个突出问题，在未来应该对该方面进行更多的研究和管理。
