ACOG：催产素或对新生儿有影响

　　据美国《医学日报》近日报道，一项新的预备阶段研究发现，常用于诱导孕妇分娩的催产素(天然的后叶催产素的一种人造合成版本)对新生儿的安全性并不像先前想象中的那么安全。这种人造催产素的药物副作用会对新生儿的短期健康状况造成意料不到的风险。

　　在新奥尔良举行的美国妇产科学院会议上宣读的研究成果显示：用催产素分娩的婴儿会让孩子在阿普加(Apgar)量表评分中的得分偏低和入住重症监护病房的风险增大。这项研究首次从新生儿的角度检测了催产素对他们的不良影响。

　　来自纽约市贝斯·以色列医学中心的研究团队对3000名足月分娩的婴儿进行了回顾性分析，这些婴儿在2009～2011年间都使用了催产素进行分娩。使用催产素的预后不良指标包括母婴的死亡率、产伤、输血和入住重症监护病房等。分析结果显示，用催产素进行分娩与新生儿在出生24小时后需要入住重症监护病房和在出生5分钟后的阿普加量表评分低于7分之间存在明显的相关关系。

　　阿普加量表得分能用来评价婴儿在出生后1分钟和5分钟时的健康状况，其指标包括皮肤颜色、心率、肌肉弹性、呼吸频率和神经反应等。得分在8～10分之间代表婴儿健康状况良好，低于7分意味着婴儿需要进行医学治疗。阿普加量表并不能用来预测婴儿在未来存在的健康隐患，但如果新生儿在此量表中的得分较低，则需要对他们立即进行治疗，如用氧气或物理刺激来促进其心率恢复到正常水平。

New Study Reveals Commonly Prescribed Drug Used to Induce Labor May Be Harmful to Babies
A synthetic hormone meant to mimic your natural oxytocin, Pitocin is commonly given to women intravenously to induce labor. By giving women more intense contractions, it tries to speed the body along in the labor process. 
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recently released the findings of an in-depth study conducted on the use of Pitocin, which suggests that the drug has several adverse effects on newborns.
This study is the first of its kind on this particular drug, and looked at over 3,000 full-term deliveries from 2009 to 2011. Conducted by researchers at Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC, it found that the use of Pitocin increased a full-term newborn's risk of going to the NICU and resulted in lower Apgar scores....
