日本新技术可通过尿液诊断癌症

日本日立制作所与住友商事的联合研究小组于2016年6月14日宣布，他们成功研发出能够通过分析尿液中的代谢物质，识别出健康人士、乳腺癌患者、结肠直肠癌患者尿液样本的最新技术。 研究人员称，使用液体色谱/质量分析计可以从尿样中检测超过1300种代谢物质，是过往检测的两倍。从中识别出会成为候选生物标志物的10种物质，根据其数量的不同来判断该尿样到底是来自健康人士、乳腺癌患者还是结肠直肠癌患者。

研究人员称，使用液体色谱/质量分析计可以从尿样中检测超过1300种代谢物质，是过往检测的两倍。从中识别出会成为候选生物标志物的10种物质，根据其数量的不同来判断该尿样到底是来自健康人士、乳腺癌患者还是结肠直肠癌患者。

验血等医疗检查不仅需要在医院进行，而且当下尚无技术可以一次性进行全身癌症检查，对受诊者来说时间和经济负担都比较大。此外，在医疗资源比较匮乏的地区，癌症的早期诊疗极为困难。

本次的最新技术仅需要采集受诊者的尿液并送至医疗机构即可进行检查，无疑开创了癌症检查的新模式，有望让更多人获得受诊的机会。专家表示，在今后将继续研究候选生物标志物的构造，力争可以识别出除了乳腺癌患者、结肠直肠癌以外的更多癌症。
