运动改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经功能

  尽管人们已经明确运动能够降低糖尿病发病率和糖尿病并发症的严重程度,但一直以来,运动对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者神经功能的作用没有相关研究。《糖尿病及其并发症杂志》(J Diabetes Complications)于2012年6月20日发表了一篇相关文章,研究首次描述了DPN患者在监督下进行有氧对抗运动,能够改善神经功能,增加表皮内神经纤维密度。

  研究者在试验前后分别评估10周有氧力量训练对患者的作用。研究对象为17例确诊DNP的患者[8例男性,9例女性,年龄为(58.4±5.98)岁;糖尿病史(12.4±12.2)年]。测试包括疼痛测试(视觉模拟评分,VAS),密西根神经病变筛查量表(MNSI)检测神经症状,神经功能测试、下肢近端末梢皮肤活组织检查末梢表皮神经纤维(IENF)和神经分支密度。

  试验后测试发现,这些患者疼痛降低[100 mm标尺降低(−18.1±35.5)mm,P=0.05],神经症状下降[MNSI(−1.24±1.8),P=0.01]。下肢近端皮肤活组织检查发现,表皮神经纤维分支增加[(+0.11±0.15)分支/纤维,P=0.008)]。

运动降低高血压患者的CVD死亡风险

  根据2012年世界心脏病学大会4月19日公布的一项最新研究,高血压患者通过运动所减少的心血管疾病(CVD)或全因死亡风险相当于血压下降40~50mmHg所产生的影响。   在此研究中,与各血压水平的运动受试者相比,不运动的受试者其全因和CVD死亡风险显著升高。此外,不运动造成了过量死亡危险。当把运动换算成血压指标时,结果显示不运动与血压上升40~50mmHg所致死亡风险的增高相似。
