　　EPHA3是酪氨酸激酶受体家族成员之一，是肺癌中常见的突变基因。英国学者研究证实：至少有两种肿瘤相关的EPHA3突变可抑制EPHA3蛋白的正常功能；野生型EPHA3的过表达可抑制下游Akt信号转导通路，诱导细胞凋亡，抑制肿瘤细胞生成；EPHA3基因突变后影响对Akt途径的抑制，从而促进细胞生长；在肺癌组织中，EPHA3基因的拷贝数和（或）表达水平降低。该研究7月24日在线发表于《国立癌症研究所
