研究纳入71例进行RN治疗的RCC患者，本研究的主要目的是，确定能预测RN治疗后出现CKD的miRs。从福尔马林固定的石蜡包埋肾实质（皮质和髓质是分开的）中提取核糖核酸，使用nCounter NanoString技术检测miR表达。通过RT PCR和原位杂交进行验证。终点是RN术后12个月CKD的发生情况。

进行RN治疗的RCC患者，过度表达miR-193b-3p与术后更高的CKD风险有关，成为CKD的独立预测指标。基于临床变量（包括性别和肾小球滤过率）的预测模型中，加入miR-193b-3p这个指标，可以把预测模型的敏感性从81%提高到88%。原位杂交显示，对于RN治疗前，没有临床或生化肾病证据的患者，miR-193b-3p过度表达与肾小管间质炎症和纤维化有关。

总而言之，miR-193b-3p可能是RN治疗后，发展为CKD的有用生物标志物。
