由瑞金医院高血压科高平进教授和心脏科张瑞岩教授领衔的团队于11月14日在瑞金医院心导管室完成了国内首例经桡动脉肾交感神经消融治疗顽固性高血压，取得完满成功。

鉴于众多临床研究的良好结果，肾交感神经消融已成为国外目前治疗顽固性高血压的重要手段。但该领域在国内仍处于刚刚起步阶段，上海瑞金医院与北京阜外医院共同率先在国内开展了该领域的临床研究。

经过严格的患者筛选，上海瑞金医院高血压科和心脏内科团队于日前对一例多种降压药物控制无效的顽固性高血压患者完成了肾交感神经消融治疗。

需要指出的是，该例患者的肾交感神经消融治疗由患者右侧桡动脉入径完成。常规穿刺患者右侧桡动脉后，由心脏科张瑞岩教授领衔的手术组医生应用特制的桡动脉肾交感神经消融导管，对患者双侧肾交感神经进行了消融治疗，操作过程中无任何并发症产生，手术取得圆满成功，患者在手术完成后即刻恢复正常活动。这一治疗方法使患者无须术后卧床，显著提高了其围术期的舒适性。

据悉，桡动脉入径行肾交感神经消融治疗在国内尚属首次，瑞金医院进行的该项研究填补了相应的空白，同时也为后续的治疗策略提供了良好的参考。
