Cancer Research News：术后伤口愈合并发症的简单预测方法问世

最近，在肌肉骨骼肿瘤学会2014年会上，Lukas Nystrom披露了一最新研究成果，皮氧分压测定（transcutaneous oximetry）的简单测试方法可以用来预测患者术后的伤口愈合并发症，并能给医生提供很好的参考意见，以更好地照顾病人。该项研究的负责人Lukas Nystrom 目前供职于洛约拉大学的医学中心。

皮氧分压测定法是一种无创性的检测方法，即该方法只是检测皮下组织的氧含量水平。只需将含有电极的传感器黏在皮肤上即可进行检测。该方法安全无害，不会对患者造成任何不适或副作用。

在这项检测中十名患者接受了这项检测，结果显示术前较低皮氧水平的患者更易受伤口愈合并发症的困扰。在7名皮氧水平低于25 mmHg的患者中，有4人被发现有术后愈合并发症，而其他皮氧水平高于25 mmHg的3名患者术后伤口愈合良好。Dr. Nystrom承认由于此次研究样本数较少，因此将来有必要更加深入的研究是很有必要的。他还指出，如果将来深入的试验能够证实现在的结果，那么该方法就有可能作为一种有效地工具用来预测患者术后伤口愈合并发症的发病风险。并且，根据预测的结果医生可以采取一些其他相关措置来降低并发症的发生几率，比如延长放射和手术的时间间隔等。

Dr. Nystrom 和 Miller解释道：“皮氧分压测定法为确定合适地手术时间及其他能降低愈合并发症的尝试提供了有益的借鉴。由于样品量较少，因此，为进一步深入评估皮氧水平和伤口愈合并发症的关系，更加深入和细致的研究必不可少。目前他们正在积极申请一项具有前瞻性的多机构合作的课题。如果成功，新的课题将在洛约拉大学开展。
