研究发现非致病性脊髓灰质炎-鼻病毒嵌合体用于复发性IV级恶性脑胶质瘤的治疗不会导致神经毒性，患者治疗后24及36个月生存率高于历史数据

复发性IV级恶性脑胶质瘤患者的预后较差，目前无有效的治疗手段。近日研究人员考察了CD155靶向非致病性脊髓灰质炎-鼻病毒嵌合体(PVSRIPO)疗法对这类患者的疗效和安全性。

成人IV级恶性胶质瘤幕上复发患者参与研究，患者病情经组织病理学证实，肿瘤体积1-5.5cm。研究评估了7个PVSRIPO组织培养感染剂量(TCID 50)的安全性及疗效，生存期数据以历史研究数据为对照 。

61名患者参与研究，确定5.0×107 TCID50剂量为II期研究剂量。研究中1名患者接受1010 TCID50剂量后出现4级颅内出血，部分患者出现用药后局部炎症，使用糖皮质激素可缓解。在剂量扩增研究中，19%的患者出现PVSRIPO相关的3级及以上不良事件。接受PVSRIPO治疗患者中24个月总生存率为21%，并持续生存至36个月。
