结果显示,在钛表面上获得的表面微观和纳米结构是尖锐的,具有粗糙的峰,而氧化锆表面较不粗糙,结构较浅,更圆和颗粒状。与钛表面相比,氧化锆表面显示出增加的纤维蛋白原吸附,更高水平的总可及的纤维蛋白原γ链部分,导致血小板粘附和活化增加,由此血栓形成。在微观结构表面上HBC的矿化在氧化锆上明显高于在钛上的矿化,但是与具有纳米结构的钛表面相比显著更低。

综上所述,该研究提供了对血液-材料相互作用以及随后对植入物表面发育很重要的细胞事件的见解。
