　　据俄新社7月2日消息，加拿大学者在《英国医学杂志》刊文称，如果女性上夜班的习惯已经保持了至少30年，那么其患有乳腺癌的风险将加倍。

　　学者针对来自温哥华和金斯顿两座城市的同龄女性进行了研究，她们中包括1134人患有乳腺癌的病人和1174名正常人。

　　据报道，受访者在回答是否必须在夜晚工作时，大约有三分之一的人表示赞同。如果学者不能解释14岁至29岁的女性上夜班和患乳腺癌的关系，却能说明30岁以上的女性，若上夜班其患乳腺癌的风险将大大增加。这一现象在许多行业都普遍存在，护士就是典型的代表。

BMJ：Meta分析显示n-3多不饱和脂肪酸可以预防乳腺癌
