Neurology:替奈普酶缺血性卒中血管再通效果优于阿替普酶

替奈普酶较阿替普酶血管再通率高,特别是对于血管完全闭塞的中风患者

近日研究人员就替奈普酶与阿替普酶对于完全血管闭塞患者24小时重疏通效果、24小时以及90天后的临床效果改善效果进行了比较。

研究人员比较了替奈普酶与阿替普酶2项II期临床CT血管造影数据评价基线和溶栓后24小时脑梗死溶栓指数(TICI)、24小时脑卒中后美国国立卫生研究院卒中指数(NIHSS)以及90天的改良的Rankin指数(mRS)。

在146名患者中,有69人基线TICI指数 0/1。替奈普酶治疗的患者,24小时血管完全闭塞再通率更高(71%vs43%,替奈普酶vs阿替普酶, p < 0.001)。应用替奈普酶的患者表现出更好的早期临床改善(替奈普酶平均NIHSS 变化9 vs阿替普酶1, p = 0.001)以及更好的90天临床结果(相比于阿替普酶,替奈普酶mRS 0–1,OR 4.82, 95% CI 1.02–7.84, p = 0.05)。

研究认为替奈普酶较阿替普酶血管再通率高,特别是对于血管完全闭塞的中风患者。
