　　美国学者的一项研究表明，在肥胖青年中，基线肝脏脂肪含量（HFF）可显著调节纵向2小时血糖、胰岛素抵抗生物标志物和肝细胞凋亡。论文于2012年8月28日在线发表于《糖尿病护理》（Diabetes Care）杂志。 　　此项研究共纳入76例肥胖青年，并在同时行口服糖耐量试验的情况下实施基线和纵向肝脏和腹部磁共振成像（MRI）扫描。平均随访时间1.9年。在基线和随访时测定作为肝脏凋亡标志

　　美国学者的一项研究表明，在肥胖青年中，基线肝脏脂肪含量（HFF）可显著调节纵向2小时血糖、胰岛素抵抗生物标志物和肝细胞凋亡。论文于2012年8月28日在线发表于《糖尿病护理》（Diabetes Care）杂志。

　　此项研究共纳入76例肥胖青年，并在同时行口服糖耐量试验的情况下实施基线和纵向肝脏和腹部磁共振成像（MRI）扫描。平均随访时间1.9年。在基线和随访时测定作为肝脏凋亡标志物的细胞角蛋白18（CK-18）。对基线HFF和代谢指标与随访时循环CK-18水平进行相关性评估。

　　结果显示，基线时38%的受试者伴有脂肪肝以及胰岛素敏感性和分泌指数的改变。随访时两组人群均出现体质指数（BMI）增加，并且基线%HFF与随访%HFF显著相关。无脂肪肝组受试者的胰岛素敏感性指标和2小时血糖随时间推移显著改善，但脂肪肝组则始终存在胰岛素抵抗。基线HFF与随访时2小时血糖、总体胰岛素敏感性、脂连素、CK-18水平和处置指数相关。多变量分析显示，基线HFF为2小时血糖和总体胰岛素敏感性的独立预测因素。
