我们回顾了2007年至2016年在首尔国立大学医院神经科病房中发生UTI事件的患者的微生物感染和抗菌药物耐药性。

结果显示，UTI事件总数为301，肺炎克雷伯菌是UTI中观察到的最常见的病原体。但在导管相关的UTI（CAUTI）中，肠球菌属是最常见的病原体。常用处方抗生素的易感性在10年内下降，表明与UTI相关的病原体的抗生素耐药性增加。产ESBL的肺炎克雷伯菌明显增加，而未观察到MDR肺炎克雷伯菌，产ESBL的大肠杆菌和VRE的增加。

总之，该回顾性分析结果表明，应考虑全球耐药病原体增加的趋势，并需要进一步研究UTI抗生素耐药性。这些数据将极大地帮助医生选择抗生素治疗神经病患者的UTI。
