本研究旨在评价乳腺压缩参数(包括自动软件得出的压缩强度、压力、被压缩乳腺厚度和乳房摄影密度)间的相关性,并将结果发表在Eur Radiol上。

本研究旨在评价乳腺压缩参数(包括自动软件得出的压缩强度、压力、被压缩乳腺厚度和乳房摄影密度)间的相关性,并将结果发表在Eur Radiol上。

研究人员收集了14698例进行两面观(头脚位[CC]和侧斜位[MLO])数字X线乳腺摄影患者的乳腺压缩参数、乳腺体积、全和部分密度体积和体质指数。利用Spearman相关系数(ρ)评价乳腺压缩参数、乳腺体积、全和部分密度体积的相关性。调整乳腺体积、年龄和BMI后,利用线性回归验证乳腺压缩参数与全和部分密度体积的相关性。

结果为,乳腺压缩压力与全密度体积具有负性相关(CC:ρ = - 0.37,MLO:ρ = - 0.34)。压缩乳腺厚度与部分密度体积具有一般的相关性(CC:ρ = - 0.56,MLO:ρ = - - 0.62)。在调整后的回归分析中再次验证了上述相关性。

本研究表明,乳腺压缩参数会影响自动软件测量的全和部分密度体积。
