由于炎症性肠病(IBD)的护理存在局限性，因此需要提高患者的积极性和自我效能，而这些措施与较好的健康结果相关。

由于炎症性肠病(IBD)的护理存在局限性，因此需要提高患者的积极性和自我效能，而这些措施与较好的健康结果相关。

一项多中心、随机对照试验旨在通过TELEmedicine for IBD试验评估患者激活和一般自我效能从基线到12个月的变化。试验内容包括一个基于网络的监测系统，通过短信与参与者互动。试验前2年内共有222名IBD成人经历过IBD发作，随机分为接受标准护理（SC）的对照组或通过TELE-IBD系统每隔一周（EOW）或每周（W）完成自我测试的干预组。

 

结果显示，对照组和实验组之间的自我效能评分变化没有显著差异。仅标准护理组和TELE-IBD EOW组之间的患者激活评分有显著差异（P = 0.03）。

 

综上所述，该研究结果表明，与常规护理相比，使用远程监测并没有提高自我效能和患者的激活度。
