Eur J Neurol：中西医结合疗法在台湾阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用（全国性人群研究）

研究人员发现，与未接受中西医治疗者相比，中西医治疗的患者更年轻，且女性/男性比例更高，西药使用率更高。诊断与首次中医会诊的中位间隔为7.92个月。盐酸多奈哌齐和利斯的明是常用的处方药物。中药是在中西医治疗者中最受欢迎的治疗方法。

将传统的中医中药知识和方法与西医西药的知识和方法结合起来，在提高临床疗效的基础上，阐明机理进而获得新的医学认识的一种途径。

在临床中，用中西医结合诊治常见病、多发病、难治病已较普遍。大量事实说明，用中西医结合治疗某些疾病有明显的疗效。例如，治疗心脑血管病、再生障碍性贫血、月经不调、病毒性肺炎、肛肠病、骨折、中小面积烧伤、血栓闭塞性脉管炎、硬皮病、红斑狼疮等疗效显著。我国提倡中西医结合，它的精髓是在坚实地掌握国际先进的诊断和治疗的基础上，如有必要，再结合使用我国传统医学治疗。这样才会源于西医，高于西医；源于中医，高于中医。

在线发表在7月26日的Eur J Neurol上的一篇研究中，来自台湾的研究人员发现，缺乏对阿尔茨海默病（AD）患者医疗服务水平的大规模研究。因此，他们调查了台湾地区治疗阿尔茨海默病患者时，中西医结合疗法的使用情况。

研究人员分析了来自台湾国家健康保险研究数据库的一百万个样本的数据。其中，在2001年-2010年间，新诊断阿尔茨海默病患者（n = 1814）被分为了中西医治疗者（n = 528）和非中医治疗者（n = 1286）。

研究人员发现，与未接受中西医治疗者相比，中西医治疗的患者更年轻，且女性/男性比例更高，西药使用率更高。诊断与首次中医会诊的中位间隔为7.92个月。盐酸多奈哌齐和利斯的明是常用的处方药物。中药是在中西医治疗者中最受欢迎的治疗方法。
