改进大隐静脉剥脱术有效降低复发率

　　该研究收集了2007年4月至2011年2月应用改进大隐静脉剥脱术治疗的336例（418条肢体）大隐静脉曲张病人，并对术后并发症、术后复发等进行评价。

　　结果是，平均每条肢体手术时间73min，术后并发症的发生率1.9%。病人术后症状明显减轻，随访3～12个月未见曲张静脉复发。
