一项研究表明，在1级高血压患者中，基于终止高血压膳食疗法(DASH)的膳食咨询未能在标准教育管理基础上进一步改善心血管危险因素。论文8月11日在线发表于《欧洲心脏杂志》(Eur Heart J)。

此项平行组、随机对照试验共纳入556例在初级医疗保健环境中新诊断的1级高血压患者(年龄40～70岁)，并随机给予标准教育常规管理(对照组，275例)或常规管理联合基于DASH膳食咨询(干预组，281例)。研究终点包括6和12个月时血压、脂质谱和体重指数(BMI)。

结果显示，6和12个月时分别有504例(90.6%)和485例(87.2%)患者具备转归数据。随访时两组患者的血压水平均降低。然而，与对照组相比，干预组在收缩压(6和12个月分别为-0.7和-0.1 mmHg)和舒张压(6和12个月分别为-0.7和-0.1 mmHg)方面均未出现更显著降低。在所有受试者中均观察到脂质谱和体质指数(BMI)改善，但干预和对照组之间无显著差异。
