最近有关于输卵管内浆液性卵巢癌的报道，对一般女性行双侧输卵管切除术（BS）能不能降低卵巢癌（OC）风险？研究者检索了 PubMed、MEDLINE、EMBASE等数据库中关于双侧输卵管切除术和卵巢癌的研究，进行荟萃分析。最终纳入了3篇研究进行荟萃分析，其中1项队列研究和2篇基于人群的病例对照研究，涉及3509名双侧输卵管切除患者和5655702名没有行双侧输卵管切除术的对照组。研究数据显示，试验组

最终纳入了3篇研究进行荟萃分析，其中1项队列研究和2篇基于人群的病例对照研究，涉及3509名双侧输卵管切除患者和5655702名没有行双侧输卵管切除术的对照组。研究数据显示，试验组和对照组分别为29人和44006人发生卵巢癌。通过固定效应模型进行的荟萃分析结果显示，双侧输卵管切除术可显著降低卵巢癌风险(OR=0.51, 95% CI 0.35-0.75, I2=0%)。对不同卵巢癌类型的亚组分析结果仍显示双侧输卵管切除术可降低卵巢癌风险。

荟萃分析结果表明，双侧输卵管切除术是降低卵巢癌风险的有效手段。因此对需要子宫切除术的良性病变或绝育手术的女性可以考虑切除双侧输卵管。
