病史摘要体检发现右侧甲状腺肿块10月

大体所见：4.6cm*3cm*1cm鲜红色甲状腺组织，上极可见紧邻两侧被膜0.5cm灰白结节，中极可见0.6cm灰白结节近背侧被膜结节一枚。2.5cm*1.5cm*0.6cm淡黄脂肪样组织，可及肿大结节。

诊断结果： （右侧甲状腺）乳头状微癌，冰冻见甲状腺上极及中极癌灶各一处，最大径分别约5mm和6mm。上极癌组织累及被膜，待常规完整切片判断是否累及被膜外。中极癌组织紧邻被膜未穿透。 （右中央组）淋巴结6枚，考虑其中3枚见甲状腺乳头状癌转移，转移癌灶最大径均小于2mm。冰冻制片淋巴结，观察有一定困难，具体淋巴结转移情况请待常规明确。
