Nanomaterials:GO-Ag纳米材料可有效抗菌

场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)检测显示,球形的Ag NPs附着于GO表面层。GO-Ag纳米复合材料的平均尺寸与原始GO(962nm)的平均尺寸相比明显减小(327nm),而装载的Ag NPs的平均尺寸明显小于没有GO的Ag NPs。

将不同浓度的AgNO3溶液(0.1、0.2和0.25M)装载到GO纳米片中,所制备的材料中Ag含量分别为31%、43%和65%,Ag NPs的大小为1-2nm,固定在GO层上。这些GO-Ag样品表面带有负电荷,但GO-Ag 0.2M样品(43%Ag)抗菌效率最高。

在GO-Ag悬浮液的10ppm负载下,只有GO-Ag 0.2M样品具有轻微的抑菌作用(5.79-7.82%)。当GO-Ag含量翻倍至20ppm时,GO-Ag 0.2M复合物的抑菌作用达49%。当GO-Ag 0.2M复合物水平提高到100ppm时,对金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)和铜绿假单胞菌(PA)的抑制效率可达100%,明显高于GO的效果(27%SA和33%PA)。

综上所述,该研究结果表明,GO和Ag纳米粒子的组合抗菌活性效果更优。
