China PEACE 研究由国家卫生计生委的“卫生公益性行业科研专项”支持，在2012年启动，主要为全面反映我国城乡和地域间冠心病救治的实际状况，以期为适合国情的疾病防 治政策方针、行业诊疗指南和临床路径等的科学制定提供可靠、客观的数据 Lancet:中国急性心梗患者剧增，救治质量改善不明显（China PEACE 研究）

研究显示，2001~2011 十年间，全部急性心梗患者中，86% 为ST 段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)，因STEMI 住院的患者翻了两番，但住院死亡率却未比十年前有所改善。静脉溶栓和急诊经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)在内的再灌注治疗是挽救STEMI 患者生命的关键手段，但研究却发现，虽然急诊PCI 从2001 年的10.2% 增加到了27.8%，但溶栓治疗却从45.0% 降到了27.4%(图1)。

China PEACE 研究解决了什么问题，提出了什么问题：
  • 据世界银行估计，至2030 年中国心梗患者将达2300 万。
  • 面对这么庞大的患者群，我国医疗体系应对是否得力?
  • 在最近十年间我国急性心梗诊疗模式如何?
  • 常用临床救治技术是否规范?
  • 患者从诊疗中获益几何?
