结果显示,BS热处理后,在Zr表面上检测到由Si,Na,O和Ca组成的均匀涂层,显著增加表面粗糙度和自由能(p <0.05)。氧化锆圆盘的颜色参数没有变化(p> 0.05)。与在普通Zr上培养的细胞相比,接种在Zr + BS表面上的细胞增殖,胶原表达和迁移能力更强(p <0.05)。 SEM图像显示在BS存在下细胞扩散更快。

因此,可以得出结论,用BS对Zr表面进行热处理导致生物活性涂层的沉积,其在体外诱导牙龈成纤维细胞的扩散,增殖,迁移和胶原蛋白表达。
