本文旨在对ACG 2020版《肠易激综合征临床指南》进行解读,并与《2020年中国肠易激综合征专家共识意见》进行对比分析,以期为我国IBS患者的诊疗提供参考。

简要介绍：

肠易激综合征(IBS)作为一种难治性功能性胃肠病,给世界各国医疗系统带来了巨大的经济负担。美国胃肠病学会(ACG)近期更新了IBS诊疗指南,首次采用GRADE分级法,从诊断和治疗两个方面对IBS进行管理分析。我国学者同样进行了许多研究,根据我国具体国情,采用Delphi程序对IBS专家共识进行了更新。本文旨在对ACG 2020版《肠易激综合征临床指南》进行解读,并与《2020年中国肠易激综合征专家共识意见》进行对比分析,以期为我国IBS患者的诊疗提供参考。
