简要介绍：

非典型纤维黄瘤 (AFX) 和多形性真皮肉瘤 (PDS) 是罕见的皮肤肿瘤，代表疾病谱的组织形态学、遗传和表观遗传变异。在老年男性患者的慢性日晒损伤皮肤中，这两种肿瘤通常表现为非特异性、经常溃烂的皮肤至肉色结节。AFX 是一种界限清楚、通常快速生长的肿瘤。PDS 肿瘤界限不清，以侵袭性浸润性生长为特征。两种肿瘤都报告了快速和缓慢的生长行为。组织学上，两者均由具有多形核的梭形和上皮样肿瘤细胞以及非典型多核巨细胞组成。非典型有丝分裂很常见。与 AFX 相比，PDS 涉及皮下组织的相关部分，并显示肿瘤坏死和/或神经周围浸润区域。由于 AFX/PDS（3 级）的低分化性质，必须通过免疫组织化学分析排除组织病理学上相似的皮肤肉瘤、未分化癌、黑色素瘤和其他疾病。
