原发性醛固酮增多症(原醛)指肾上腺皮质自主分泌醛固酮,导致体内潴钠排钾,血容量增多,肾素血管紧张素系统活性受到抑制,临床主要表现为高血压、低血钾。

原发性醛固酮增多症(原醛)指肾上腺皮质自主分泌醛固酮,导致体内潴钠排钾,血容量增多,肾素血管紧张素系统活性受到抑制,临床主要表现为高血压、低血钾。2020年9月,中华医学会内分泌学分会在《中华内分泌代谢杂志》上发布了《原发性醛固酮增多症诊断治疗的专家共识(2020版)》。该共识是对2016年版专家共识的更新和完善,本文就2020版共识更新的部分进行解读,对保留的推荐不做赘述。
