低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)被认为是预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)的主要靶点。不过，即使LDL-C达到目标水平，部分患者仍存在残留的心血管风险。Omega-3脂肪酸已被证明是降低TG的有效药物之一，本文主要介绍了omega-3脂肪酸在心血管疾病预防和治疗中的作用。
