转基因造血干细胞治疗(GMCTs)利用体外自体造血干细胞(HSC)作为各种遗传性血液病的潜在治疗方法正在进行研究。截至2023年12月，美国食品药物管理局(FDA)、欧洲药品管理局(EMA)和英国药品和保健产品监管局(MHRA)已经批准了5种转基因造血干细胞疗法(GMHSCTs)的新药，用于治疗输血依赖性β-地中海贫血(TDT)、镰状细胞病(SCD)、脑型肾上腺脑白质营养不良(c-ALD)和异染性脑白质退化症(MLD)。本文主要针对GMHSCTs后感染的预防提供指导建议。
