简要介绍：

胰瘘是胰十二指肠切除术后常见并发症。改进胰腺残端消化道吻合重建的方式，提高吻合质量，以期降低胰瘘发生率，是胰腺外科经久不衰的热点问题。基于此，国际胰腺外科研究组（ISGPS）总结1995年1月至2015年12月之间发表在PubMed和Cochrane数据库中有关“胰腺残端消化道吻合重建”的文献，提出《胰十二指肠切除术后胰腺残端消化道吻合重建共识》。本文结合相应学术进展，就这一共识的要点进行简要解读，希望能为相关临床实践及临床研究提供参考。
