阴道炎症是女性常见病、多发病,除可引起患者外阴阴道不适症状以外,还可导致一系列与生殖健康相关的严重并发症,危害女性生殖健康。常见阴道炎症包括细菌性阴道病（bacterial vaginosis,BV）、需氧菌性阴道炎（aerobic vaginitis,AV）、阴道毛滴虫病（trichomoniasis）和外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病（vulvovaginal candidiasis,VVC）。美国疾病控制和预防中心（CDC）于2021年发布了新版《性传播感染治疗指南》,针对上述阴道炎症中的BV、VVC和阴道毛滴虫病,在2015版的基础上进行了修订。其中,该指南尚未纳入AV的相关内容,AV的诊治管理可以参照2018年欧洲指南以及2021年国内制定的共识和建议。
