Enzyme Assay
Enzyme activities of GST, GSR, and NQO1 were determined in the total protein lysates by following methods previously described [8]. Total glutathione (oxidized and reduced) was determined using a modified Tietze method [25] by measuring reduction of 5,5′-dithiobis-2-nitrobenzoic acid in a GSR-coupled assay.来源
