本人肿瘤专业，影像组学接触较晚，感觉传统套路已经过时，除非是罕见癌种，单中心研究上3分都难，影像专业杂志对此类文章已审美疲劳，国内搞组学卷得太狠了。只能专注指南并基于手头资源立足解决一些有争议的小问题。杂志审稿很快，前提是文章有些新意，不存在语言问题。两个审稿人给了20条意见，感觉都是临床医生，意见专业中肯。引经据典，小心的写了5000字的回复。整个过程比较顺利，虽然因子不高，但考虑到耳鼻喉本身就是小众专业，作为影像组学系列文章的开张试水，结果比较满意。对杂志整体印象不错，下次再投个临床文章试试。 经验分享：我郁闷si了，这个杂志，9月初投稿，10月下旬只找了1个审稿人，小修，然后到了来年的1月1日，审稿人3的意见是不需要修改，我估计编辑都没看，直接发回来让我修改，我都蒙了，然后我给编辑发邮件说不需要修改，我们回复了升高人的意见（就是跟审稿人说了谢谢），结果，第二天再看状态，又拿出去under review了！！！！前前后后至少4个月！这个杂志我真是醉了！这审稿人怎么就一个一个的找啊？现在又送审是因为审稿人2还没找到么？半年都过去了！！

本人肿瘤专业，影像组学接触较晚，感觉传统套路已经过时，除非是罕见癌种，单中心研究上3分都难，影像专业杂志对此类文章已审美疲劳，国内搞组学卷得太狠了。只能专注指南并基于手头资源立足解决一些有争议的小问题。杂志审稿很快，前提是文章有些新意，不存在语言问题。两个审稿人给了20条意见，感觉都是临床医生，意见专业中肯。引经据典，小心的写了5000字的回复。整个过程比较顺利，虽然因子不高，但考虑到耳鼻喉本身就是小众专业，作为影像组学系列文章的开张试水，结果比较满意。对杂志整体印象不错，下次再投个临床文章试试。
