    3月后被拒了。
    编辑说，外审5人，3人没答应。2人来了审稿意见。1人rejected 1人rejected and
    resummitted。最后编辑的意见还是rejected
    总体还是说文章写得不怎么样。因为是我第二篇META
    需要学习的很多。也没有看到审稿意见。忘了有没有审稿意见。反正有也不深刻，没啥帮助。
