第一轮邀请了20个，没有人审稿，第二轮邀请20个还是没人审稿，第三轮又邀请了20个终于有一个审稿人了，然后就按那一个审稿人的意见让大修

后来弄明白了，大家一定要注意，不能在修稿阶段增加作者了，必须在最开始投稿的时候就确定好，否则杂志会自动启动第二轮reviewer，重新邀请新的编辑，新的审稿人，耽误时间。我就是在返修的时候增加了一个作者，编辑也没询问我的意见，直接交回修改稿后邀请新审稿人了。不然我就不加作者了，那样我10月底就能接收的，现在晚了一个多月才接收。

等了10多天等来reassessment，换编辑重新审稿，居然还有这种操作啊。 During our post-acceptance checks we have unfortunately identified a potential issue with the handling of your paper during the peer review process. 今天required review completed，但是还没收到任何编辑的初审决定，不得不说外审很快。不知道会有啥结局了，求好运吧！
