经验分享：老牌力学期刊，去年投稿后分配的主编不是非常对口，三个月后未找到审稿人拒稿（期间催了无数次，编辑态度很好），之后又再次修改，并在cover letter中提到之前投过，这次直接大主编负责，效率非常高，1个月返回意见，修改后接收。意见非常专业，提升很大。

经验分享：我2月13见刊的论文至今尚未检索，但是有的3月4月的论文都检索了，之前发邮件给期刊说是最长需要4个月的时间，今天打电话给web of science，那边说我的论文是上周才被提交到检索机构的，并且表示ieee 经常会漏检论文，如果大家的论文已经被刊出了，可以打电话给web of science查看情况，免得漏检。
