结果显示,结合五个参数(血红蛋白水平,网织红细胞计数,IRFMicroR和%HypoHe),研究人员开发了一种特异性HS筛查工具,灵敏度为100%,特异性为92.1%,并且是丙酮酸激酶缺乏的特异性筛查工具,灵敏度可以达到100%,特异性为96.5%。这些参数在婴儿和没有贫血的HS中也是准确的。
