J Endod：根尖外科手术后骨愈合的超声评估：一种对患者较为安全的检测方法

这篇研究的目的是为了评估超声影像(UI)技术作为一种较为安全的工具是否可作为根尖外科手术(RES)的体内复查方法。研究选取8名经过RES的患者作为评估对象。所有人在RES术后1周、1、2、3和6个月(如果必须)进行UI检查。通过超声影像确定骨隐窝区域，随后进行以下观察分析：骨隐窝回声影像的皮质骨中阻和表面区域测量。结果显示，在所有病例中，低回声影像变为高回声，表明隐窝区域逐渐的骨愈合。与治疗前相比较，所有患者在术后3个月皮质开放程度维持在51.2% (±12.6%)，牙槽骨窝面积为24.3% (±10.8%)。有50%的患者由于超声波无法进入牙槽窝内，在术后3个月停止了超声波回声检查。有4名患者在术后6个月进行了复查。检查发现，与治疗前相比，依旧存在43.2% (±9.9%)的皮质中断和17.2% (±7%)的牙槽骨窝。结论：UI是一项可行的复查RES方法。它帮助临床医师了解骨愈合的初级阶段，并且可以密切监测骨愈合情况，同时没有任何辐射。原始出处：Curvers F， Meschi N， et al.
