加拿大的研究人员发现,维生素D缺乏程度在职业上有所不同,在室内的人们比其他人更糟糕。

即使在医护人员中,维生素D缺乏也因工作而异。被称为长时间工作的医疗人员比医生,护士和其他保健专业人员更有可能遭受阳光维生素的缺乏。

但室内工作人员实际维生素D水平很低。研究人员说,根据定义91%的人没有维生素D缺乏,但水平低于推荐水平。

室外工人的形象更好。但即使如此,48%的人患有维生素D缺乏症。研究人员说,75%的维生素D不足,意味着血液水平低于推荐水平

从阳光中摄取维生素D是自然的方式,但Straube警告说过度接触阳光可能有皮肤癌的风险。

这种称为荟萃分析的研究汇集了许多研究中的数据,以便在所有研究中找到类似的趋势。由于数据收集方式不同,所以存在局限性。另外,研究人员指出,不同的研究者可能会使用不同的维生素D缺乏定义。
