　　美国一项研究显示，与使用二甲双胍相比，口服磺脲类药物的2型糖尿病患者发生估计的肾小球滤过率（eGFR）下降、终末期肾脏病（ESRD）和死亡的风险增加。论文发表于4月期《国际肾脏病杂志》[Kidney Int 2012，81（7）:698]。

胃旁路术与胆胰转流术均能较好控制糖尿病大鼠血糖水平
