“纳米诊疗技术”是一种集诊断成像和治疗于一体的新兴治疗手段,具有对癌症的多样化动态和异质特征实时监测与精准治疗的优点,在加速癌症诊疗中显示出前所未有的优势。近年来,二维纳米材料(定义为某一维度小于100 nm的超薄纳米材料,2DNM)由于其独特的结构,表现出多种独特的热、机械、光、电、磁等物理化学特性。同时,2DNMs在生物医学应用中也具有显着优势,包括较高的药物、基因担载能力,较大的光热转换效率

“纳米诊疗技术”是一种集诊断成像和治疗于一体的新兴治疗手段,具有对癌症的多样化动态和异质特征实时监测与精准治疗的优点,在加速癌症诊疗中显示出前所未有的优势。近年来,二维纳米材料(定义为某一维度小于100 nm的超薄纳米材料,2DNM)由于其独特的结构,表现出多种独特的热、机械、光、电、磁等物理化学特性。同时,2DNMs在生物医学应用中也具有显着优势,包括较高的药物、基因担载能力,较大的光热转换效率与良好的光动力学性质,赋予了其在个体化癌症诊治中的巨大潜力,包括i)由于其对肿瘤标记物的高倾向性而进行的癌症检测;ii)用于引导肿瘤治疗的分子成像,以及iii)药物和基因负载,光热和光动力癌症治疗。

北京化工大学刘惠玉教授与中国科学院生态环境研究中心刘思金研究员对二维纳米材料在癌症诊断、成像和治疗中的潜在应用、生物效应等方面的最新研究进展进行了综述。除上述进展外,该综述还关注了物化性能优化调控对其在生物体内吸收、分布、代谢、排泄及二次毒性的影响。目前,用于癌症纳米诊疗的二维纳米材料仍处于开发初期,存在许多问题,优化其生物相容性和物理化学特性必将加速二维纳米材料在癌症治疗中的应用,为癌症治疗带来希望。
