虽然许多研究已经评估了臭氧暴露与死亡率之间的相关性,但目前在中国还没有一个全国性的多中心研究来评估臭氧与死亡率的关系。近日,内科学领域权威杂志Journal of Internal Medicine上发表一篇研究文章,研究人员旨在探讨短期暴露于环境臭氧对整体(非意外)和疾病特异性死亡率的影响,并评估不同的暴露指标。

研究人员在2013年至2015年期间中国19个城市34个县采用不同的度量指标(每天1小时最高、每天8小时最高与日平均)分析了短期暴露于臭氧对整体(非意外)和疾病特异性(循环和呼吸)死亡率的影响。研究人员使用分布滞后非线性模型估计了县级市特异性的相对死亡风险,并进行随机效应荟萃分析将县级市特异性相对率进行结合。

在一年的分析中,臭氧日平均、每天1小时最高和每天8小时最高值增加10μg/m3,整体(非意外)死亡率分别对应的增加了0.6%(95%可信区间:0.33-0.88)、0.26%(95%可信区间:0.12-0.39)和0.37%(95%可信区间:0.2-0.55);循环死亡率分别对应的增加了0.66%(95%可信区间:0.28-1.04)、0.31%(95%可信区间:0.11-0.51)和0.39%(95%可信区间:0.16-0.62);呼吸系统疾病死亡率分别对应的增加了0.57%(95%可信区间:-0.09至1.23)、0.11%(95%可信区间:-0.22至0.44)和0.22%(95%可信区间:-0.28至0.72)。由于死亡原因,这些估计有不同的季节性模式。一般来说,季节模式与每年臭氧浓度最高时是一致的。
